HTML Fusion is not governed like most companies; on top of the typical agile and lean software development process, we distribute responsibilities across all employees using a system called Holacracy. We’re 13 people right now, and most of us work out of the U.S. Our team is small, so each person makes a big difference.

You can probably tell we're very big on in-person interactivity and teamwork. As such, none of our positions are remote. We’re firm about this; we believe it makes us a stronger company. No exceptions!

Our full-time positions come with great benefits, a 401K, creative coworkers, and a casual working environment in our beautiful office in downtown Culver City.

Thanks! We look forward to learning more about you.
